How to Click & Collect

Order online before 3pm and collect from your preferred store or pick-up point from 3pm the following day. You will be able to select your nearest collection location from the list offered in the checkout process. We will notify you by text or email as soon as your order is ready.

Order online before 3pm and collect from your preferred location from 3pm the following day. You will be able to select your nearest store or collection location from the list offered in the checkout process.

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next day, and so will therefore be ready for collection on the third day. For example, orders placed on 8pm on Monday will be available for collection by Wednesday at 3pm. As soon as your order is ready to collect, we’ll notify you by text message and/or email, depending on the contact details you submitted in the checkout process.

Please bring this message with you as proof of purchase, as well as the card used for payment. If the card used to make the purchase is not produced, we will not be able to release the goods; this protects our customers against fraud.Customers who made purchases using Paypal will need to produce valid photo ID with them upon collection (a valid passport or driving license).

If you have arranged for someone to collect an order on your behalf, they must present your order number (found in your order receipt or order confirmation email) and their own valid photo ID.

Any orders that have not been collected after seven working days from the date of notification will be returned to our warehouse and you will be issued a full refund.
