Next day delivery
Orders over £50.00 will be eligible for free next day delivery. In order to qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm. Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays and weekends, so your order will be delivered the next working day.
Same day delivery
We can also offer a same day delivery service within the London area on orders over £200. This service is subject to stock availability and delivery charges will apply according to your location. You will need to call our Customer Care Team on 0207 609 9773 to arrange this service.
Returns & refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your order within 14 days to us free of charge. Simply call our customer service agents on 0207 609 9773 and they’ll be happy to help arrange a collection or alternatively attach the returns slip onto the original packaging and call our courier (UPS) on 08457 877 877 to arrange a convenient collection.Please ensure you include your reasons for exchange/refunds on the return packing slip.
Please ensure that all items due for return are unused and in their original packaging, with all original labels intact. All returns must be sent back with their corresponding invoice.
Once we’ve received the item(s), we will issue a refund to the credit or debit card used to place the original order. Please allow up to five working days for the refund to appear in your credit or debit account. Refunds made via Paypal are instant.
Ordered the wrong product? No problem – simply call our customer service team on 0207 609 9773 and we will get it sorted.
Remember that items must be in their original packaging, unused and with all labels attached.
Returns to store
You can now return items to your nearest store http://www.globalluggage.co.uk/our-stores. Please remember to bring:
- Proof of purchase – your dispatch note and invoice
- The card that was used to make the purchase online
Refunds in store can only be made on to the card that purchased the item(s).
Placing your order
Shortly after you place your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email from us to acknowledge this.
Acceptance of your order will only be formed once we have dispatched your order and have debited your credit or debit card. We will confirm this with a dispatch email. Multiple orders may be dispatched separately.
In rare instances, we may have to decline your order. This could be due to one of the following reasons:
- One or more of your ordered products is out of stock.
- Authorisation for your payment has been declined.
- We have identified an error in pricing or description of the product you have ordered.
- We have experienced a system or procurement failure.
- Our customer validation checks were not cleared.
In the event that we do have to decline your order, we will notify you via phone.
All prices and product details are correct at time of publishing.

All measurements and dimensions are approximate.
